Chỉ hạng người thiếu tư cách, vừa tham phần lợi về mình, vừa hay nói leo, xen vào lời người khác một cách vô duyên. Thường dùng để chê trách lối sống tham lam và thói ăn nói thiếu ý tứ.

Refers to a person of poor character who is both greedy for advantage and prone to speaking out of turn or butting into others’ words. It is used to criticize selfish behavior and tactless, intrusive speech.
